Thank you to our Fall 2018 Teams for another Great Season!

Our Winter 2019 Season is about to kick-off and Registration is OPEN. 

League & additional information below and available through our links on the top left of this page. 

HCRP is proud to offer year-round Soccer in the following Seasons, Leagues and Divisions:

   Fall Season:           August - October, Women's & Men's & Co-Rec Leagues, multiple Divisions of competition

   Winter Season:    January - March, Men's & Co-Rec Leagues, outdoors 11 v 11 on turf 

   Spring Season:     March - June, Women's & Men's & Co-Rec Leagues, multiple Divisions of competition

   Summer Season: June - August, Men's & Co-Rec Leagues , 6 v 6 on shortned fields OR 11 v 11 on turf

All Spring, Fall and Winter Games (and some Summer) are played all Games on HCRP's premier turf fields.

Adult Soccer is Team registration only.  A Team Manager must register through HCRP ($375/Season for Spring & Fall; $220/Season for Winter; $165 or $210/Season for Summer)

Teams are responsible for paying cash to Official(s) on the field prior to each Game (click the 'Important Information' link above for cost)

Welcome to the Sports and Adventure Services Division.  Our goal is to provide quality sports, fitness and adventure programs, classes, camps and events.  We aim to help you adopt a healthier lifestyle and have fun doing it! 

Refund Policy : A 20% administrative fee is deducted for all refund requests 4 weeks prior to league starting; a 50% refund if withdrawal requested 2 weeks prior to league starting; no refunds will be given less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the league.

Walk-in: Howard County Recreation and Parks, 7120 Oakland Mills Road, Columbia, MD 21046 (8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri)


Registration is by team only.

If you are an individual looking for a team, please send a email to the League Commissioner, Patrick McGinnis at with the following information:

  1. Gender interested in (i.e. Co-Rec, Men's, Women's)
  2. Interested day to play (Co-Rec Tu/Thu, Men's Fri/Sun, Women's Sun)
  3. Brief playing background/bio

The League will keep emails on file of interested players and provide to registered teams/managers. Teams/managers would then contact individual players directly. Players can directly contact teams/managers by viewing info posted on the top of each division schedule located in the left menu.
